Packing Up The Studio - Securing the Kiln

I'm packing up my studio in Melbourne, Florida for the move to Bend, Oregon.  I have a kiln, wheel, glazes, tools, and some chemicals.  The biggest challenge was packing up my kiln for the move.  We figured a crate was the best way to move it safely.  I used packing peanuts for the inside, built a base with blocks to hold the kiln in place and added a piece of cardboard to keep the bricks from rubbing each other in transit.  A box that we built was placed over top.  I'll let you know how it does.
