Day 1 - August 4 -  2018 - (9:30-3:30)

9:30am – Meet and Greet; Tour of Yvonne’s Garden

​

10:00am – An Introduction to Making Impressions on Clay using Leaves and Flowers and other items from Nature; Presentation of some examples

​

10:30am – 12:00pm - Field Trip to Tumelo Lavender Farm to collect samples for making Impressions

​

12:00-1:00pm – Lunch

​

1:00-1:30pm - Demonstrations of Impressions, some tips and recommendations; Collect natural items at Pottery by Yvonne

​

1:30-3:30pm – Time to Create!  Wall Plaque Project

 

Day 2 - August 5th 2018 - (10:00-3:00)

​

10:00am -12:00pm - Advanced Projects – Platter or shallow bowl (throwers) or coasters (4) with Nature Impressions

​

12:00-1:00pm- Lunch

​

1:00pm – Colored Wash Demonstration for Impressions

​

1:00-1:30pm-  Demo of color wash on Plaques

​

 2:00-3:00pm  - Finish Plaques with a Colored Wash and Matte glaze
